Welcome to Habitizer, an iOS application developed and owned by SoftSky App LTD ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Habitizer app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. User Eligibility & Data Storage
- Habitizer does not require user account registration.
- Your data is stored locally on your device and synced using Apple iCloud (CloudKit). We do not have access to your personal data.
- You must comply with Apple’s App Store policies when using the app.
3. Use of the App
Habitizer is designed to help users build or quit habits using gamification elements to enhance engagement. You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to:
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the app.
- Engaging in abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior.
- Using automated bots or scripts to manipulate app functions.
4. Subscription & Monetization
Habitizer is free to use, with no in-app purchases or subscription plans. If this changes, users will be notified within the app.
5. User-Generated Content
- Users can create custom habits, rewards, and attach images to their rewards.
- As all data is stored only on the user’s device and iCloud account, we do not have access to or control over user-generated content.
- Users are solely responsible for the content they create and store in the app.
6. Privacy & Data Handling
- We do not collect personal data. Your habit tracking information stays on your device and iCloud account.
- We use Sentry for app crash reporting and performance monitoring.
- Our Privacy Policy outlines how we handle any data that might be processed by third-party services.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for the habits you choose to build or quit, nor for any rewards you set within the app.
- Habitizer is a self-improvement tool and should not be considered medical or psychological advice.
- We are not liable for any consequences resulting from app usage.
8. Account & Data Deletion
- You can delete all app data by removing it from Settings within the Habitizer app.
- Since we do not store user data, we cannot recover deleted data.
9. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms as needed.
- Any changes will be notified within the Habitizer app.
- Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
By using Habitizer, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
